Refund Policy:

We provide you with a 30-day return policy. You can return any item within 30 days for a refund, less shipping and handling charges.

When you contact us, please be sure to include your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return. You will then be given the return address. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Returns Or Defect Policy:

NcSTAR® Limited Lifetime Warranty

All NcSTAR® optics are warranted and protected from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If any NcSTAR® product is found to have defects in materials and workmanship, New Century NcSTAR® Inc., at our discretion, will repair or replace the product. If the product was purchased within 90 days, a copy of Proof of Purchase is required. If the product was purchased over 90 days, a $10 handling fee must be made payable by check or money order to NcSTAR®. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued before returning the product.NcSTAR® accessories are warranted and protected from defects in materials and workmanship for ONE year. If any NcSTAR® product is found to have defects in materials and workmanship, New Century NcSTAR® Inc., at our discretion, will repair or replace the product. Return Procedure:

1. First, Call our Returns Customer Service Center at 1-866-627-8278 so that we may record your information and issue an RA number. It is important that you contact us to ensure that your product is serviced immediately upon arrival.

2. On a letter size sheet of paper please write your Name, shipping address, (no PO boxes please), telephone number, email address, and a brief description of the problem that you are experiencing with your product.

3. Along with your letter please also enclose a $10.00 check or money order payable to NcSTAR for shipping and handling.

Our 90 day Guarantee: If you purchased your product within the last 90 days then we will waive the $10.00 handling fee. All you have to include with your letter is a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. All NcSTAR optical products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. All other NcSTAR Products carry a Limited One year Warranty.

4. Pack everything together in the Original Box and send to the address listed below. Also, please write your issued RA number on the outside of the box. We recommend that you send your product insured with a reputable courier such as UPS of FEDEX to ensure that your product will arrive to NcSTAR in a timely fashion.
